If you are a new client and are looking for computer support we can help you. If your computer is running and you have an internet connection you do not have to get a house call. We can diagnose your system remotely. Yes, remotely.

So if this sounds like something you would like to try this is what you need to do.

  1. Go to http://softrade.hostedrmm.com
  2. Select and install the agent matching your Operating System.
  3. Wait for about 5 minutes for it to complete the install and the agent to send us some info about your system.
  4. SMS our support mobile (0417 753034) and leave a message with your name and best time and number for us to call back.

It is that simple. The agent you install above will give us a snapshot of your system logs and computer hardware. (Some anti virus software may prevent some of these things from happening)

We will do our best to get back to you ASAP during business hours. (9-5:30 Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) Other hours by appointment. Charges may apply for after hours work/diagnosis.
